IF YOU DO NOT HAVE RULES OF ENGAGEMENT 2, DOWNLOAD IT HERE!!
Then unzip the files to the DATA directory before playing. ALL OF THEM!
WARNING!
There is one little bug to worry about. If you want to write about another race not mentioned, don't use the fish head. It causes bugs and it caused problems the last time. Yes.
Just want to clear that up.
ANd be sure to comment or email if you have a campaign you want to upload or if there's a problem.

Thanks for making this campaign available! ROE2 was one of my favorite games when it was first released, and about a week ago I decided to get it running under DOSBox v0.74.2 using the D-Fend Reloaded front-end. It is working pretty well, with only occasional crashes. I have finished the Basree Cargo and Tour of Duty campaigns, and I'm fairly well-into the Operation Ill Wind campaign, so I might need your campaign soon to keep me going.
I found another person online named Rob Allen who developed a campaign specifically for properly-linked ROE2+Breach3 installs, and offers it for download, too. In a VOGONS.com forum discussion about the subject, ( https://www.vogons.org/viewtopic.php?f=33&t=44417&p=438182&hilit=Breach+3#p438182 ) he also offers a link to download an ROE2 update patch to v1.08 that he says *should* fix the IGS linking between ROE2 and Breach 3, but
it seems that at the time of his post (2015-8-07) he couldn't get ROE2 v1.08 to work under DOSBox 0.74. There are suggestions from other posters there, but no "solid" resolution. I downloaded his zip file of the v1.08 patch, but there are no instructions for installing it, so I'll have to do some testing.

I never had the chance to try Breach 2 or 3 when they were released, so I might see if I can get them to "Interlock" under DOSBox 0.74.2. Maybe the "loadfix" switch will help, but I need to re-acquaint myself with DOSBox. It has been a LONG time since I have done any DOSBox troubleshooting.
I have BREACH 3 installed and running in DOSBox, but I haven't played it yet. I also have a separate test install of Dosbox, ROE2 v1.07, and Breach 3 setup. I might also try a couple of other VM programs like VM Ware or Virtualox to emulate a pure Dos 5.3 or 6.22 environment.
So far I have ROE2 v1.07, BREACH 3(v??), and Ultrabots running in DOSBox, and there are a few other old favorites I would like to get running: Stunt Island, and of course the
original X-Wing Fighter and Tie Fighter games (both available on Good Old Games- GOG.com)!

I downloaded those update files earlier and tested them out. I see that they add races, captains, ships, and probably other resources to the game, that I assume your campaign(s) require. Nicely done! I can appreciate the amount of work that went into creating all of that.
This doesn't appear to update the game to v1.08 or do provide another method to fix the IGS link between ROE2 and Breach3. Did I miss something?
The update is mainly for running Breach 3 and linking B3 Campaigns. It doesn't work well.
But both should be compatible if you want to go ahead. No you're not missing anything.
